According to the decision of the Presidium of Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine, the journal is included in the list of specialized scientific publications, which may publish the results of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of science on the specialty "historical science."Editorial board accepts for publication articles, surveys, reviews, translations, information about events in scientific life.On the pages of the journal current issues of the Ukrainian and foreign ethnology, folklore, art, culture, ethnic psychology, history, archeology and other socio-humanitarian disciplines are studied.
